<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete structure repairing method for repairing defective areas in a ceiling or a side surface of a concrete structure, and constructing the concrete structure free from a fear of separation of a reinforcing material sheet from a surface of the concrete structure, by making good use of the advantage of high adhesiveness between the surface of the concrete structure and the reinforcing material sheet. <P>SOLUTION: According to the concrete structure repairing method for repairing the defective areas in the ceiling or the side surface of the concrete structure, the defective areas are smoothed by using a substrate adjuster, and then an adhesive resin composition having a viscosity of 10,000 to 250,000 mPa s and a TI value of 4 to 9 is applied to the smoothed surface.
