Also, a transmission capable of being connected through a second clutch C2 is mounted on the first input shaft 11. When a drive force request from a driver is equal to or more than a threshold, a vehicle speed is equal to or less than a threshold, and the motor generator 3 is at an operating point where a torque assist is enabled, a control means 14 brings the motor generator 3 in a torque assist state when a drive mode is changed from a motor generator drive traveling to an engine drive traveling.
