<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive circuit device that is of a simple structure, the size of which does not need to be enlarged, that is capable of preventing heat generated from elements constituting the device being transferred to a control circuit, and a motor structured with the device. <P>SOLUTION: The top of a circuit board 41 of the drive circuit device 19 is separated by a strut portion 42a of a heat-radiating member 42 into a first circuit portion A1 including all of circuit elements (transistor 32, a current detection resistor 34, and a choke coil 35) that involve heat generation and a second circuit portion A2 that has the control circuit 39. When the motor is driven and when heat is generated by the circuit elements of the transistor 32, the current detection resistor 34, the choke coil 35, and the like that involve the heat generation, the generated heat is transferred from these circuit elements to the strut portion 42a, and then to a heat-radiating plate 42b so that the heat is radiated from the radiating fins 42c of the heat-radiating plate 42b. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
