<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembly workability for assembling a hydraulic booster and a stroke simulator in a casing of a master cylinder in a vehicular brake device equipped with the hydraulic booster adjusting output hydraulic pressure of a hydraulic pressure generation source to act on a booster hydraulic chamber in accordance with a control piston operating so as to balance reaction force based on the hydraulic pressure of the booster hydraulic chamber to which a back face of a master piston of the master cylinder is confronted and brake operation input, and the stroke simulator arranged between a brake operation member and the control piston. <P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic control booster 13 includes a backup piston 88 slidably housed in the casing 15 so that the front surface faces the booster hydraulic chamber 25 and the rearmost position is regulated and capable of directly pushing the master cylinder 26 in accordance with operation of the brake operation member, and the control piston 90 and the stroke simulator 14 are housed in the backup piston 88. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
