PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor drive circuit which prevents an over-current from flowing to a control element constituting an invertor, even in the case of a drastic decrease in the number of rotation of a motor.
SOLUTION: The motor drive circuit comprises an invertor 12 to drive a three-phase motor 2, a magnet pole position detection circuit 13 which obtains a rotor rotation speed signal from a Hall element sensor 21 equipped to the three-phase motor 2 to generate rotation number information, a controller 11 which obtains the rotation number information from a torque command S and the magnet pole position detection circuit 13 to output a control signal to the invertor, and a sudden deceleration detection circuit 14 which obtains a rotor position signal from the Hall element sensor to detect the sudden deceleration of the motor to output the detected result to the controller, wherein the controller 11, when receiving the sudden deceleration detection result from the sudden deceleration detection circuit, executes shut-down of the invertor.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
