PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine accurately component classification of a defective component on a printed board by adding and displaying addition information based on the component classification.

SOLUTION: An electronic component to be a test object is selected and determined by displaying two-dimensionally on a display part 805 shape data in component classification information of the electronic component to be inspected. Determined electronic component data to be inspected are arranged on the display part 805 where the printed board is displayed, and the reference height which is the position height of the ground on the printed board is determined. Rendering information stored in an added shape information storage part 812 corresponding to the component classification information of the selected and determined electronic component is arranged together with the component shape by using height data from ground data as the reference height, and displayed on the display part 805.
