<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrict the one directional length to a minimum by attaching two or more optical adapters arranged on the front face of a main body case in the state of adjoining each other in one direction. <P>SOLUTION: Since the optical distribution box 1 is structured to store the two or more optical adapters 3 on the case main body 19 so that both end faces of the case main body 19 in one direction are flush with the outside surfaces of the optical adapters on both ends in the one direction among the two or more optical adapters 3, the one directional length of the case main body 19 can be restricted to the minimum by making the length to the same length of the one directional length of the two or more adapters 3. As a result, even when the conventional optical distribution box 1 could not be installed on a standardized optical module rack by a delicate difference, it becomes possible to install the optical distribution box 1 storing two or more pieces of desired optical adapters 3 on the optical module rack. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
