<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide means for reducing energy waste by preventing a temperature rise in a kitchen room. <P>SOLUTION: A heat exchanger 50 that is used as attached above kitchen equipment emitting hot air comprises a casing 21 for confining the hot air from the outside, a tube 22 arranged in the casing 21, a liquid inlet 31 for supplying liquid to the tube 22, and liquid outlets 26 and 32 for discharging the liquid from the tube 22.
