<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a protective cap capable of protecting the pointed end part of a wire guide part with good appearance by fixing it to the wire guide part of a harness protector for protecting by inserting a wire harness, and to provide a protective cap and a production process of an injection-molded product. <P>SOLUTION: A projecting latching part 17 flexible in the plate thickness direction is provided on the inside of a shoulder part 13 such that the forward end side faces a rear opening 22 continuously to a closed wall 14a. A stopping protrusion 18 protruding in the plate thickness direction of the flexible latching part 17 is provided on the forward end side of the flexible latching part 17. The stopping protrusion 18 engages with a stop frame 37 provided on the sidewall 36 at a wire guide part 35 thus stopping a protective cap 10 at a harness protector 30. Furthermore, a wire inserting part 19 for inserting wire harness 45 from one to the other is provided between the flexible latching parts 17, 17 on the opposite sides. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
