<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily handleable coordinate input device and a pointer for it allowing close input, preventing a tailing phenomenon, and improving a grip feeling in gripping the pointer. <P>SOLUTION: In this coordinate input device detecting light from a retroreflection member mounted to the pointer for detecting the positional coordinates of the pointer and the coordinate input pointer, a signal emission means emitting an ultrasonic signal showing a pen up/down condition and a retroreflection means performing retroreflection of projected light are constructed integrally. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
