PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semi-conductive roller having the irregularity of resistance which is five times or less in the longitudinal direction and is ten times or less in the peripheral direction. SOLUTION: The conductive roller has an elastic layer which contains an electronic conductive substance and comprises two layers or more. The irregularity of resistance which is five times or less in the longitudinal direction and is ten times or less in the peripheral direction can be achieved by using a liquid material and regulating molding conditions and material viscosity. Because the elastic layer containing the electronic conductive substance is used, the conductive roller which hardly depends on environmental conditions can be obtained.
