PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph imaging and editing method and a photograph imaging and editing device which can employ advantage of a transparent seal, and further perform beautiful portrait printing, and to create a more interesting and individualistic photograph seal. SOLUTION: The invention is the photograph imaging and editing method and the photograph imaging and editing device, uses a transparent seal paper, permits creation of an edited image without base image constituted of a display color image of the display color, and an image with the base constituted by the overlaying image of a base color by the base color on the image of display color by the display color in the editing process, and executes printing of the display color and the base color by a printing means.
