PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a piezoelectric oscillator that minimizes a package and reduces costs easily, by minimizing the circuit scale of a quartz oscillator and minimizing the number of adjustment terminals, and enhances productivity in an adjustment process. SOLUTION: A TCXO/IC 10 comprises an inverter amplifier 15, a variable capacity diode 14 in which capacity is changed by potential difference applied to both the ends, a capacitor 34 inserted into an oscillation circuit, a frequency-dividing circuit 16 for dividing oscillation frequency by N, a thermally sensitive element 17 in which parameters are changed by ambient temperature, a frequency temperature compensation circuit 18 for generating a temperature control voltage, based on the parameter of the thermally sensitive element 17, switches SW3, 4 for switching analog signals, and switches SW1, 2 for switching digital signals. An adjustment circuit 19 comprises a frequency-dividing circuit 20 for dividing the oscillation frequency by n, a control circuit 25, switches SW7, 8 for switching analog signals, and switches SW5, 6 for switching digital signals.
