PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substrate supporting base of a glass antenna for a vehicle capable of preventing damage to a substrate or the falling of a mounted component by restricting bending stress to be applied to the substrate for the glass antenna when it is secured to a body of the vehicle. SOLUTION: In the substrate supporting base 18 including a substrate mounting part 24 and a vehicle securing section 26, flexural rigidity at the vehicle securing section 26 is set lower than that of the substrate mounting part 24. Bending stress generated when the substrate supporting base 18 is secured to the roof panel side of the vehicle is absorbed to the vehicle securing section 26 side of lower flexural rigidity so that strain is not generated on the substrate mounting part 24 side.
