PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medicinal solution control valve capable of preventing aggregation of particles in a medicinal solution by dispersing them, in controlling the supply of the medicinal solution including particles such as abrasive particles. SOLUTION: In this medicinal solution control valve 10, a barrier 40 is mounted on an outer peripheral end part of a projecting part 23 (outer peripheral bottom part of valve seat 26). The barrier 40 is mounted in a state that an angleαbetween a central line L1 of an output flow channel 21 and a line L2 connecting a center C of a valve hole 26a and an end part of the barrier 40 is 30 to 90 degrees. Further a height H of the barrier 40 on the basis of a valve element contact face 26c of the valve seat 26 is approximately half of a travel distance of a diaphragm valve element 27.
