PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a head cover capable of clearing conventional helmets of all problems that the conventional helmets are large and heavy, and require spaces to be stored, and further places where they are used are limited, and therefore the conventional helmets are not suitably utilized in case of accidental disasters. SOLUTION: This head cover is filled with the air and formed into a helmet shape. Thus, the head cover is compact, light, and easily carried, when it is not filled with the air, and therefore the head cover is utilized regardless of where the cover is used.
