PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly advance game balls discharged from a ball put-out device and game balls discharged from an external machine to a guide path. SOLUTION: A ball storage tray 31 is sectioned into a first storage part 312 capable of receiving the game balls discharged from the external machine from the front surface of a front frame 1 and a second storage part 313 capable of storing the game balls led out from a guide member 18 and provided with the guide path 314 capable of leading out the game balls required for starting a game to the inside of a game machine body. The guide member 18 connects the first storage part 312 and the second storage part 313 so as to introduce the game balls received in the first storage part 312 to the second storage part 313 by the connection when the front frame 1 is in a closed state. The first storage part 312 is provided with a first lead-out part 34 capable of leading out the game balls to the guide member 18. The guide member 18 is provided with a guide member introduction part 181 capable of introducing the game balls led out from the first lead-out part 34. When the front frame 1 is in the closed state, the first lead-out part 34 connects the guide member 18 and the first storage part 312 by being fitted to the inner side of the guide member introduction part 181.
