PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stuffed toy with the settable weight, which is readily manufactured at low cost in short time and keeps the shape even with a heavy weight. SOLUTION: The stuffed toy is manufactured by stuffing the inside of a flexible external material made of fabric and having the shape of animal or the like with a filler of wire, fabric, or artificial resin, and a weight material of stone, sand, or metal for weight adjustment, and sewing up the edges of the external material. The weight material is composed of a large first weight disposed inside the stuffed toy and having a large weight, and a plurality of second weights lighter than the first weight.
