<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for a transaction description with high genuineness capable of being admitted as a public document. <P>SOLUTION: The transaction description system is provided with: an electronic description image data issuing apparatus 20 for generating and issuing electronic description image data to which a print purpose electronic watermark is embedded in response to a certificate demand by network communication; and an optical verification apparatus 40 for optically recognizing the printed description on the basis of the issued electronic description image data and discriminatably indicating the presence / absence of falsification on the basis of the watermark discriminated by this recognition. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
