<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid polymer electrolyte having high proton conductivity in a wide temperature region and humidity region, and having a practically justifiable heat resistance, at a comparatively low cost, and its usage. <P>SOLUTION: The solid polymer electrolyte formed by copolymerizing a phosphoric acid group-containing unsaturated monomer (A) having one or more phosphoric acid groups and one or more ethylenically unsaturated bonds in the molecule, a fluorine group-containing unsaturated monomer (B) having one or more fluorine groups and one or more ethylenically unsaturated bonds in the molecule, a sulfonic acid group-containing unsaturated monomer (C) having one or more sulfonic acid groups and one or more ethylenically unsaturated bonds in the molecule, has high proton conductivity in a wide temperature region and humidity region, and has a justifiable heat resistance in practical use. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
