PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent an electric apparatus from being broken by setting the rigidity of an installation fixing part of an electric apparatus fixing part higher than that of a support part and by deforming only the support part, in order to cope with a collision from the backside of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A rear floor is arranged by comprising a recess formed at a central part in a vehicle width direction, and both ends that are formed at both sides of the recess and connected to a side panel. The electric apparatus is fixed to a bracket that is fixed to the recess, and the bracket is constituted of a ladder having a ladder shape and the electric apparatus fixing part. The electric fixing part directly contacts with the electric apparatus, and is constituted of the installation fixing part that fixes the electric apparatus by a fixing member, and the support part that does not directly contacts with the electric apparatus.
