PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of RC (resistance capacitance) delay of repair lines formed in surroundings of an active region being a part where a gate line and a data line intersect. SOLUTION: The thin film transistor display board for display device includes the gate line formed on an insulating substrate in a lateral direction, the data line 171 which is insulated from and crosses the gate line and, a pixel electrode formed in a pixel region defined by intersection of the gate line and the data line, a thin film transistor transmitting a picture signal transmitted through the data line to the pixel electrode or interrupting the picture signal based on a scanning signal transmitted through the gate line, a transmission gate distributing the picture signal inputted through one input line 310 to the plurality of data lines and the repair lines 401 and 402 crossing the input line 310 of the transmission gate. Thus, the input end repair lines are arranged to cross the input line of the transmission gate, so that parasitic capacitance which is added to the repair line is decreased.
