PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant flow rate valve provided with a checking function, in which the checking function can be securely achieved in simple structure. SOLUTION: Inside a case 20 having an inflow port 13 and an outflow port 15 for fluid to pass, this constant flow rate valve with a checking function is provided with an upstream side elastic member 21 that is thin to open/close the inflow port 13, a downstream side elastic member 11 disposed downstream of the upstream side elastic member 21, a compression spring 14 to press the upstream side elastic member 21 through the downstream side elastic member 11 toward the inflow port 13, and a gap 8 of which opening area is varied as the downstream side elastic member 11 is deformed in accordance with pressure of fluid flowing into the case 20 from the inflow port 13 toward the outflow port 15.
