PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new rotary coupling of a simple structure not generating vibration and noise, requiring a little maintenance time, and to materialize a small sized efficient oscillating plate pump using the same. SOLUTION: The rotary coupling is constructed by attaching yokes 3a, 3b having an elevation angle of a bottom part of a pitch cone being half of a bend angle and having developed profile in a circumference direction of an outer circumference part formed with periodic wave form curve and having spherical recess part formed on a top part of the pitch cone on an input shaft 1 and an output shaft 2 respectively, and inserting a spherical body 4 in the recess part.
