PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pipe joint which has a plurality of angle regulating holes formed therein, for arbitrarily coping with a piping direction, and to provide a water meter connecting device which can cope with a piping direction, holds a length of a water meter installation location to a predetermined value, and facilitates relocation of a water meter without causing piping deviation. SOLUTION: The pipe joint is formed of an elbow body having the plurality of angle regulating holes 21 formed in an outside thereof, and a support ring arranged along an inner peripheral surface thereof, and a joint body portion having first and second grooves, and an angle regulating projection (projecting screw 22). When the elbow body is fitted into the joint body portion, the support ring is fitted into the first groove, and a predetermined one of the angle regulating holes 21 is positioned to the angle regulating projection, followed by squeezing the elbow body into the joint body portion, to thereby engage the angle regulating hole with the angle regulating projection while the support ring is fitted into the second groove. The water meter connecting device is formed of a connection pipe 4 and a pair of connection portions 1a, 1b which consist of coupling portions 5a, 5b and joint body portions 6a, 6b, respectively.
