PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a boring device reducible in operation cost by reusing driving drain without requiring a large-scale treating plant facility. SOLUTION: This boring device 1 is provided with a boring pipe 3 having a bit 2 for excavating the ground, at the tip part, and a hydraulic hammer 4 applying striking force to the bit 2. The boring pipe 3 is provided with an inner pipe 5, and a driving water supply pipe 6 for supplying driving water to the hydraulic hammer 4 from the ground is provided in the inner pipe 5. A space between the driving water supply pipe 6 and the inner pipe 5 is formed as a return passage 7 for returning the used driving water drained from the hydraulic hammer 4, to the ground, and a space between the inner pipe 5 and the boring pipe 3 is formed as a slime treating water supply passage 8 for supplying slime treating water to an excavating part.
