PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fixing structure of a snow-net for fixing the snow-net with strong connecting strength without applying local force to the snow-net and excelling in member cost and workability with simple structure. SOLUTION: Bolts 32 are provided passing through a pipe in the stretched direction of the snow-net 2 to form a columnar body 3, and the pipe is provided with a slit in the middle of a bolt through hole. The end of the snow-net 2 is wound onto the pipe from the opposite side to the slit and inserted in the slit, and the pipe is fastened by nuts 35 screwed with the bolts 32.
