摘要 <p>PURPOSE: Provided are permeable and elastic paving materials forming lower support layer an upper elastic layer composed of waste tire rubber chips and waste urethane rubber chips, respectively. The resultant paving materials are applied to the layer of sand and gravel without basic materials of concrete, ascon, etc. CONSTITUTION: The permeable paving materials are characterized by comprising the layers of: a lower support layer(12) made of 70-80pts.wt. of silica(121) or 6-10mm of fine aggregates(gravels), and 10-30pts.wt. of waste tire rubber chips(4-8mm) as main materials, and 10-20wt.%(based on the total weight of support layer materials) of urethane resin; an upper elastic layer(11) made of waste color urethane rubber chips(3-4mm) as main materials, and 15-25wt.% (based on the total weight of elastic layer) of urethane binder.</p>
