A network system includes: an identifier having information for authentication which is disclosed; particular information for identifying the identifier; true-false judgment means for judging true-false of the identifier by using a different method; a terminal sector having an information processing device; an integration sector having an information processing device; and groups organizing the information processing device of the terminal sector and the information processing device of the integrating sector. In the groups, the information processing device of the terminal sector has an observation unit for observing the identifier and collecting information. The information processing device of the integrating sector has storage means for storing in advance data on the identifier while correlating it to the particular information. The true-false judgment means judges true-false of the identifier according to the information on the identifier observed by the observation unit and the data on the identifier stored in the integrating sector. A plurality of groups are provided.
