<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dust reducing agent exhibiting more excellent profitability than that of a dust reducing agent consisting of ethyl cellulose. <P>SOLUTION: A water soluble polyurethane resin comprising a repeating unit (a) expressed by formula (1) and a repeating unit (b) expressed by formula (2), wherein the molar ratio of the repeating unit (a) is 0.50-0.99 and the molar ratio of the repeating unit (b) is 0.01-0.50, is used as the dust reducing agent. In formula (1), A is a dealcohol residue of polyoxyalkylene-diol, HO-A-OH, having OH groups in both terminals and B is a de-NCO residue of di-isocyanate, OCN-B-OCN. in formula (2), D is a dealcohol residue of a comb-type diol, HO-D-OH, having ≥2 4-21C hydrocarbon groups in a molecular figure and B is a de-NCO residue of di-isocyanate OCN-B-NCO. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
