<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus preventing toner of an amount larger than necessary from flowing into a replenishing pipe or a developing device. <P>SOLUTION: Part of a communicating part between the replenishing pipe and developing device is thinned. As a consequence, even when liquefied toner flows in at once to the developing device, the amount flowing into the developing device is restricted in the narrowed part. When feeding of the toner to the developing device is necessary, the communicating part is vibrated, and the toner is liquefied and passes through the connection part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
