<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for a resin-bonded type magnet whose orientation properties and density can be made high, and having extremely excellent magnetic properties, and further having excellent formability, mechanical strength and weather resistance, in secondary grain-containing magnetic powder formed by being pulverized so as to be flocculated, by releasing the flocculation of the secondary grains, performing specified surface treatment, and suppressing the re-flocculation thereof, to provide its production method, and to provide a resin-bonded type magnet using the same. <P>SOLUTION: In the composition for a resin-bonded type magnet obtained by forming the film of an organic compound (B) on the surface of magnetic powder (A) and further blending a resin binder (C) therein, the organic compound (B) is added by 0.01 to 1 pt.wt. to 100 pts.wt. of the magnetic powder (A), thus the flocculation of the secondary grains formed by the flocculation of the magnetic powder (A) is released, and the re-flocculation thereof is suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
