<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a finish temperature right after extracting the coffee to an exact temperature for drinking by reducing an effect such as fluctuation in a room temperature. <P>SOLUTION: This coffee maker is provided with a water vessel 12, a heating means 14 heating water and feeding hot water, a water passage 22, a water passage opening/closing means 23, a coffee extracting chamber 19, a storage vessel 21, and a vessel temperature detecting means 27. This coffee maker detects the temperature of the storage vessel 21 by the vessel temperature detecting means 27, when the detected temperature exceeds a set value, opens the water passage opening/closing means 23 provided in the water passage 22, feeds water from the water vessel 12 to the heating means 14, extracts the coffee in the coffee extracting chamber 19, and stores it in a warmed storage vessel 21.
