<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DPF device (1) having a filter having sufficient suspended particulate catching performance and regeneration performance for burning suspended particulate to regenerate the filter into the original condition and prevent reduction of engine efficiency due to pressure loss of the filter, (2) capable of achieving such size and weight that allow loading into a vehicle, (3) having durability for vibration during operation, (4) having durability for change in temperature when performing combustion and regeneration, and (5) capable of achieving low price. <P>SOLUTION: This DPF device has an introduction part for introducing exhaust gas from a diesel engine, a filter part having the filter made of metallic wire mesh having a metallic wire for catching suspended particulate in exhaust gas introduced from the introduction part, and a venturi part arranged at a rear step of the filter part to maintain pressure in the filter part at predetermined pressure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
