PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an assembling method of a linear guide device for promoting automation and precision of assembling work without requiring a lot of time and trouble in assembling. SOLUTION: A rolling element 13 and a holding piece 14 are alternately aligned in a sleeve 41 of an aligning/ supplying device 40, and a cover body 42 is closed on the sleeve 41. Then, the aligning/supplying device 40 is inserted into a through hole 31 of an end cap 30, and the rolling element 13 and the holding piece 14 are incorporated in a rolling element return path 22 as a straight line part of a rolling element circulating path 23.
