PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to attach a clamp main body to a sub cable like member in a stable state irrespective of the difference in diameter therebetween when the sub cable like member is mounted around a main cable like member. SOLUTION: A belt clamp comprising a clamp main body 10 which is provided with a buckle 12 and a belt 16 extending from this buckle 12, by which the clamp main body 10 can be attached to a predetermined cable like member by forming this belt 16 along the outer periphery of the cable like member into a loop shape and inserting the belt 16 into the buckle 12 to fasten the belt 16, wherein one of the buckle 12 and the belt 16 is provided with a lock part 20 and the other one is provided with a holding part 30 which receives the locking part 20 and can be mutually engaged. By engaging the lock part of the clamp main body attached to the sub cable like member with the holding part 10 of the clamp main body, the sub cable like member can be mounted at the main cable like member.
