摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic carrier device that is compact, in which a slider installed on a carried member can be operated from a space parted by parting walls or the like from a space where the carried member is housed, and in which a large thrust can be provided. SOLUTION: This magnetic carrier device 1 is provided with a feed screw unit 2 including sheet magnets 22 and 23 comprising rare earth-based flexible magnets having magnetic anisotropy in the thickness direction, and a cylindrical shaft 21 comprising a magnetic body around which the magnetic sheets are spirally wound in such a way that mutually different magnetic poles alternately appear in the surface in the axial direction, a slider magnet unit 3 disposed to face the feed screw unit 2 in which a plurality of permanent magnets 37 and 38 of higher magnetic characteristics and temperature characteristics than those of the rare earth-based flexible magnets are disposed with inclination to the axial direction in such a way that mutually different magnetic poles alternately appear in the surface in the axial direction, and a motor 7 to drive the feed screw unit 2.
