PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photograph sticker discharge system with which waiting time of a user is shortened, feeling of getting bored can be wiped away, a turnover rate of the users can be improved, photographing and scribbling are simultaneously advanced so as to enjoy them, and to provide the control method of the device. SOLUTION: A camera 5a and a scribble panel 9 which displays the photograph of an object are arranged in the same space. When a prescribed character and a drawing are inputted to the photograph displayed on scribble picture regions 91a and 91b of the scribble panel 9 and an editing picture is created by the operation of a scribble tool 93, the editing picture is overlapped and drawn in the displayed photograph. A printer 29 prints it on a sticker pasteboard. A photographing processing on second and subsequent photographs by the camera 5a and an editing processing on a scribble panel 9-side advance in parallel by control of a controller part 13.
