PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a colored acrylic resin film for a retroreflection sheet upholstery, satisfying hue and reflection characteristics which are required for applying it to a retroreflection sheet. SOLUTION: This acrylic resin film is specified as follows. When measuring an overlapped film side, after overlapping the film with an oily colored paper sheet having a gray color of the Munsell scale N5.5, by using a standard light D65 under the geometrical lighting and light-receiving conditions (45°lighting and vertically light-receiving) prescribed by JIS Z8722, the followings are provided. Trichromic coordinates (x, y) by an XYZ color expression system, are in the ranges of (0.430, 0.340), (0.610, 0.390), (0.550, 0.450) and (0.430, 0.390), and a value of Y is≥3.5 and <9.
