PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antistatic polyester resin composition having little temperature dependency and dependency on the concentration of an antistatic agent, and also having excellent electric insulation. SOLUTION: The polyester resin composition comprises (A) 100 pts. wt. polyester resin, (B) 0.05-15 pts. wt. polyalkylene glycol and (C) 0.01-5 pts. wt. organic calcium sulfonate represented by general formula (1) (wherein, R is a 1-32C linear or branched aliphatic hydrocarbon group; n is an integer of 1-3; with the proviso that when n is 2 or 3, two or more Rs contained in one molecule may be the same or different; and Ar is a 6-14C aromatic hydrocarbon group).
