METHOD FOR PRODUCING LIPOSOME PREPARATION, LIPOSOME PREPARATION AND APPARATUS FOR PRODUCING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a liposome preparation including a medicine or the like by using a supercritical carbon dioxide without contamination with bacteria; and to provide the liposome preparation and an apparatus for producing the preparation. SOLUTION: The method for producing the liposome preparation comprises a step of dissolving a liposome membrane-constituent component in an organic solvent, subjecting the obtained solution to sterilization by filtration and feeding the filtered solution into a pressure vessel, a step for feeding liquefied carbon dioxide subjected to the sterilization by the filtration, a step of forming the fed liquefied carbon dioxide into the supercritical state by heating and pressurizing the interior of the pressure vessel after feeding the solution and the liquefied carbon dioxide to the pressure vessel at the preceding step, a step of preparing a mixed solution by feeding the aqueous medicine solution subjected to the sterilization by the filtration while stirring the supercritical carbon dioxide formed at the preceding step, and a step of preparing the aqueous dispersion of the liposome including the medicine by reducing the pressure in the pressure vessel after obtaining the mixed solution at the previous step to distill off the carbon dioxide and the organic solvent under a reduced pressure.
