PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a mounting layout of a rear drive unit and to miniaturize a rear subframe. SOLUTION: Since the rear drive unit U2 is constituted by integrating a transmission 3 at the front end of a differential device 4, it can prevent an increase in a height dimension and facilitate the mounting layout. The rear drive unit U2 supports the rear end of the differential device 4 with the rear end part 16B of the rear subframe 16. Then the rear drive unit supports the front end of the transmission 3 at a tunnel part 15A of a rear seat cross member 15 through a mounting member 18. Then a drive reaction acting on the rear subframe 16 can become smaller since the span between the front and rear supporting points is long, and the rear subframe 16 can be miniaturized.
