PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suspension member structure which can realize high rigidity by efficiently utilizing a limited space, and is equipped with an advantageous rack housing part from the view point of manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The suspension member structure has a central part 10 extending to the vehicle width direction and the side part 20 on the both ends, and a rack housing part 12 housing a steering rack is formed. The central part 10 comprises the double closed section that the one closed section (the rack housing part 12) is enclosed by the other closed section (an outer skin part 14).
