PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for fastening a wheel to a flange of a bearing device for the wheel which can prevent deterioration of face-runout precision of the flange, to which the wheel is to be fixed. SOLUTION: One male screw part 42a of a bolt 40 formed into the double-bolt structure is screwed to a female screw part 25a formed in a bolt hole 25 of the flange 23a, and fastened till a large-diameter part 41 provided in a central part of the bolt 40 abuts on the flange 23a to fit the bolt 40 to the flange 23a. Furthermore, a first nut 43 is fastened to the male screw part 42a to fix the bolt 40 to the flange 23a. A brake member 31 is fitted from a side of the other male screw part 42b of the bolt 40, and the large-diameter part 41 of the bolt 40 is fitted in a fitting hole 31a of the brake member 31, and while the other male screw part 42b of the bolt 40 is passed through a through hole 30a of a wheel 30 to fasten a second nut 44, and the wheel 30 and the brake member 31 are thereby fixed to the flange 23a.
