PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit the dispersion of an ink discharge direction and prevent an image quality from being deteriorated. SOLUTION: In the method for manufacturing a nozzle plate of an inkjet head, a nozzle 8 with a perpendicular center axis on an ink discharge surface 70a is formed in a metallic plate 151 and the nozzle 8 has a columnar hole 121 formed on the ink discharge surface 70a side and a conical trapezoidal hole 125 diametrally tapering toward the upper surface 141 of the metallic plate 151. Next, an insulating film 131 is formed on the ink discharge surface 70a, where the nozzle 8 is formed, of the metallic plate 151 and the inner peripheral surface and upper surface 141 of the nozzle 8. Then the metallic plate 151 is obliquely arranged, and a conductive film 133 is formed on the ink discharge surface 70a and the inner peripheral surface, on the ink discharge surface 70a side, of the hole 121 from the ink discharge surface 70a by ejecting conductive particles straight to the ink discharge surface 70a from a direction inclined to the center axis of the nozzle 8.
