PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chute which enables installation on the downflow gutters in either way, forward or backward without causing the complication of the structure, the growing size nor the increase in the number of parts. SOLUTION: The chute is constituted of front and rear side wall parts, a ball path and a ball discharge port and is mounted on a downflow gutter installed being inclined above the game machine island to supply the game balls. The front and rear side wall part ball inflow ports are provided and ball inflow port covers for blocking the inflow of the game balls are detachably mounted respectively at the ball inflow ports and also each provided with a shaft body and a ball stop part. A through-hole is provided to insert the ball stop part into the chute from the external surface and by removing the ball inflow port covers, the game balls in the downflow gutter can flow into the chute. The ball inflow port covers are held on the chute while the ball stop part is inserted into the through-hole and serves as a ball stop member for blocking the passage of the game balls through the ball path.
