PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practically improved mower with which noises are effectively reduced at a place closest to a noise generation part by a reaping blade and noises near the ears of an operator and in the neighborhood of an operator are controlled. SOLUTION: The mower has constitution that a reaping blade housing 1 having a built-in reaping blade 2 to be driven and rotated is equipped with a noise reduction chamber 12 into which noises generated by the rotation of the reaping blade are introduced and damped by resonance.
