<p>A catering kitchen has an oven in which food is re-heated. The oven has two re-heat levels at different heights and receives food trays presented horizontally. The oven operation at each level is regulated by a time switch pre-set by an operator, and a display showing the duration and planned termination of the re-heat process. The oven is operated in conjunction with a microprocessor.</p> |
