TRANSMISSION TIME DIFFERENCE MEASUREMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM THEREOF

By using a signal round propagation time (1601) between a terminal (1304) and a base station (1302) and a loop time (1603) from the moment when the terminal (1304) receives a signal from the base station (1302) and to the moment when it transmits a signal to the base station (1302), a signal propagation time (1605) between the terminal (1304) and the base station (1302) is calculated. Similarly, a signal propagation time (1606) between the terminal (1304) and a base station (1303) is calculated. The difference between the propagation time (1605) and the propagation time (1606) is compared to an arrival time difference (1607) measured at the terminal (1304) so as to calculate a transmission timing difference (1608) between the base station (1302) and the base station (1303).
