<p>The invention relates to a bi-directional filter for a hydraulic system. The inventive filter is characterised in that it consists of: a body (7) comprising a lateral wall (8) and two end walls (9 and 10) defining a chamber, said body being equipped with means (12, 13) which are used to connect to the hydraulic system and which are disposed close to each of the two ends thereof; static means (14, 15) for guiding and rotating the fluid, which are disposed inside the chamber; and means (22, 23) for retaining the particles contained in the fluid, which are disposed around the static fluid-guiding and -rotating means (14, 15), the latter means being designed to move the fluid from one end of the filter to the other along the length of the retention means (22, 23) and to generate a centrifugal force which causes the particles to be propelled in the direction of said retention means (22, 23).</p> |
